The SAS:

The biomes SAS will be overseen by an administrative council and a management council consisting of financial and technical partners who will control the SAS activities and its financial operations.

The company's foundation:

Will manage the funds generated by the SAS, funds devoted to conservation, guided by a scientific commission whose members will be chosen for their conservation expertise and abilities in bringing awareness to the public.

The association:

The association will manage the memorial and will be responsible for collecting donations from the companies and public.
